Notification of termination/eviction – A written notification from the landlord to its tenants stating that the tenant must leave the rent until a specific date. Used only if the tenant (s) has breached the lease. Repayment of the deposit – After the lease expires, the landlord is required to return the deposit to the tenant minus the costs for any damages. (There should be a written breakdown containing all deductions for the total amount).
