London Overground Concession Agreement

7. Please provide information about the period from the beginning of the concession for the payment of 8 down payments to ARL. Please provide all information regarding sanctions against ARL regarding the concession contract. Currently, there is no automatic funding or operating schedule on the East London Line. Automatic operation would take place outside of The current Arrival Rail London (ARL) concession agreement and there was no discussion between us and ARL. The agreement has been published and is available on our website here: Moosealot 10.03: Is it only me who thinks that the whole “franchise” against “concession” Nomemclature in terms of rail is back forward, but so well established that it is beyond the correction? I understand that if you take a franchise, you buy, for normal commercial use, the (probably valuable) right to use another person`s established mark (and perhaps technology or process) when with a concession you get the power to make independent decisions about these things and other things? 4. Please separately indicate ARL`s initial concession contract and any changes to the contract since the start date of ARL. At the start of the next concession, the operator will lease a fleet of 96 vehicles including: a) 8 x 2 series 172 diesel units, leased by Angel Trains and maintained by Bombardier under the new LOTRAIN contract; b) 31 x 4-wagons of the 315/317 series of electric units leased by Eversholt with maintenance and executed by the GAF; and c) 57 x 5 378 Series electrical units, subleased by RfL and maintained by Bombardier under the existing rail contract. 4.15 The 31 x 4 parts of the 315/317 series are receiving refreshment and reliability changes that will be completed by the start of the next concession. Starting in May 2018, this fleet will be gradually replaced, along with the 8 x 2 of the 172 range, by the LOTRAIN fleet, which consists of 45 x 4 cars built and maintained by Bombardier. With Ilford and Willesden, who are receiving depot upgrade work (very important in the case of Ilford where Bombardier takes up more space), would it actually be the place (since outstabling is more used during this period) to stop about 315 and introduce both the new Crossrail (345) and the supernatural (710) without affecting these two more priority programs? Second, the problem is that Arriva and MTR want to train the depot staff to maintain the new stock. If the memory serves the electrical installation on 315s is very different from the 313s so they would still be unknown, Willesden employees who would not have touched a 313 in almost a decade. In addition, the Crossrail concession contract contains a bizarre “Priced 3” option.

This includes maintaining 18×315 for an indeterminate period to manage a gidea Park – Liverpool Street High Level Service.
